According to legend that monkeys were first used to collect tea nearly ten centuries ago. After seeing his master attempt to retrieve the leaves from a wild tea tree, the monkey climbed up the cliff, collected the tea growing there and brought it back down.  Nowadays the practice of monkeys picking tea has all but died out, except in one small remote village where they still continue this remarkable tradition. If you’re from the US, pick some up over from ThinkGeek for around $20. If you one of our friends over the pond you can pick some up at Edible for like 12 pounds (Thats like 12teen hundred US dollars I believe)
